Why we use "does not have" instead of "does not has"?

Examples:

For Instance:

1. She does not go to gym

2. She does not have a book

3. She dos not run everyday

As you can see this has nothing to do with making a sentence negative.

Now , “have and has” are not always the main verb.

For Instance:

1. She has not gone to gym.

2. She has not run for the office yet

3. She has gone to the store

4. She has run for presidency recently

These sentences considered “present tense” in English, but are translated as the past tense in Farsi

(mazi estemrari)
